Rappelz GameGuard Patcher/Multi Account Patch

This edits GameGuard disabling it and enables you to log into two accounts at once and run bots without gameguard interfering ONLY WORKS ON THE U.S VERSION OF RAPPELZ!  Instructions: Copy to your Rappelz Folder and run it. it will patch gameguard to not fuction anymore though it will still load.
